Level 1 Warriors will build upon their skills in the Level 2 Anxiety workshop where we will break down the 3 components:  Physical Sensations, Thoughts, and Behaviors - and the interactions between the components.

Your prepaid investment of $250 per child is for 5 sessions (length of workshop). Please ensure your child(ren) attend every session, as this is a progressive workshop.

 

There are no refunds for days missed. In event of inclement weather, makeup days will be scheduled and you will be notified by email.
